Today I want to share a quick tip for drying your herbs. Drying herbs isn’t rocket science; basically you cut some parts off of the plant and set them out or hang them up to dry. It’s easy enough, but sometimes it takes a lot of time for all the water to evaporate out.

A little while ago I was on the phone with my mom and she was telling me that her basil plants aren’t producing as much as she would like. Our herbs are just FLOURISHING now that they have been transplanted! I was a little worried that they wouldn’t survive the transplant shock, but they’re doing just fine.
