A little while ago I was on the phone with my mom and she was telling me that her basil plants aren’t producing as much as she would like. We’re growing our own herbs this year because…well, tons of reasons…but mostly because this way we can have fresh herbs pretty much whenever! And we can dry any extra that we won’t use right away and use it later. It’s a win-win!

Our herbs are just FLOURISHING now that they have been transplanted! I was a little worried that they wouldn’t survive the transplant shock, but they’re doing just fine.
